Dear Sir/Madam,
60TH FOUNDERS’ DAY CELEBRATION OF HOLY
TRINITY GRAMMAR SCHOOL SABOGIDDA-ORA.
Holy Trinity Grammar School Sabogidda-Ora, Owan West Local Government
Area, Edo State, Nigeria,
will be celebrating her 60th Founders’ Day Anniversary otherwise known as Diamond Jubilee, on the 10th
of February 2008. We the entire membership of the Old Student Association, have
resolved to mark this with pomp and pageantry.
We have also resolve to renovate some dilapidated buildings in the
school, which we hope to commission and hand over to the school authority on that day.
This is our own way of saying “Thank You” to a great Institution that provided the solid foundation on
which the distinctive successes recorded in life, by all those who passed through her portals, were hinged.
Holy Trinity
Grammar School Sabongidda-Ora was primus inter pares in the then Bendel
State, now Edo and Delta
States. She was undeniably,
to the region, interms of academic excellence, what Fourrah
Bay College, Sera Leone was,
to the West African Sub-Region.
It is for this reason, and other reasons too numerous to list here,
we are inviting you to join us in the renovation of some, dilapidated building in the school.
We have identified the under-listed buildings which are overdue for renovation.
The cost of renovation is as shown here under:
1.
The Main Administration building, once an edifice, now shadow of its former self will cost =N=7.7 Million
2.
Block A (Classroom)
=N=1.8 Million
3.
Block B (Classroom)
=N=1.8 Million
4.
Block C (Classroom)
=N=2.1 Million

All the figures above are as per the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) prepared
by a Quantity Surveyor commissioned by the Association.
Holy Trinity
Grammar School Sabongida-Ora has produced great men and women who have contributed
immensely to the economic growth of our country, Nigeria.
It is against this backdrop Sir, that we are passionately appealing
to you to assist us in this worthy endeavor. You can choose to renovate, as many
of these dilapidated Buildings as you can. Your names will be inscribed on the
building renovated by you. You would have, thereby, etched your name, in letters
of Diamond and planted your feet in the sands of time. Forthcoming generations
would behold and cherish this good work of yours forever.
Cash donations would also be accepted.
Such donations should be paid into the Association A/C No. 201101015565 with Unity Bank PLC, Mission Road, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. All monies donated for this cause would be receipted for.
The Lord loves a cheerful giver and your resources He will replenish
a thousand times.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank immensely.
Yours sincerely,
